This full-time role is based at our Ronkonkoma headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns of varying complexity<\/li><li>Review quarterly and year-end estimates to assist clients with tax planning<\/li><li>Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships<\/li><li>Be responsible for engagement planning, organization, and delegation to maximize efficiency, achieve quality goals, maintain productivity, and maximize realization<\/li><li>Manage tax engagements to ensure meeting of all compliance and other deadlines<\/li><li>Be responsible for engagement economics including billing, collecting, and maintaining profitability<\/li><li>Provide insight into tax saving measures<\/li><li>Manage, train, and mentor staff and assist in their professional growth and development<\/li><li>Perform tax research and be a resource for technical tax issues<\/li><li>Consult with clients on various business matters<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>CPA required<\/li><li>Minimum 7+ years of public accounting experience<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required, in Accounting preferred<\/li><li>Master\u2019s degree in Taxation a plus<\/li><li>Tech savvy.
