Hiring: Business/Financial Analyst

We are seeking a full-time Business/Financial Analyst at our Ronkonkoma headquarters who is ready to put their MBA to work on a variety of exciting projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with the Managing Partner on a variety of initiatives to assess and achieve goals of the accounting firm as well as other related entities, including an alternative family office and a robust M&A advisory firm, serving sophisticated business owners and high-net-worth individuals
  • Help create and implement systems, processes, and procedures to maximize efficiency
  • Work with Managing Partner to learn and develop understanding of various industries, including SaaS, and lead firm initiatives pertaining to servicing those industries
  • Work with firm leadership to put together client project plans for high-net-worth individuals embarking on major projects or preparing to sell their businesses and assist with review of financials
  • Conduct extensive research on investment opportunities and other economic development projects
  • Run and analyze revenue reports for various entities
  • Train to lead initiatives for clients
  • A variety of special projects for the entities


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA (completed or in process) strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in a legal, accounting, financial or operations setting a plus but not required
  • Very comfortable with numbers and financial data
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
